RL Return Policy & Procedures
Returns are accepted on home décor, apparel, tableware, and jewelry up to 7 days from the date of purchase on full priced items in unused condition with tags for exchange only. Customer must have electronic receipt and original price tags. No returns/exchanges on furniture, rugs, artwork, lighting, pillows & blankets, vintage items. Final sale on all sale items, gourmet food & plants.
All returns must be approved by Rescued Living. If you need to ship your return, email us at info@rescuedliving.com or call/text us at (458)899-2888 so we may approve your return. All shipped returns must be postmarked within 7 days of purchase/delivery date. We recommend shipping with a trackable service and insurance for the full amount of the merchandise being returned as we are not responsible for any damages, loss of goods, or delays once an item leaves our care. If a package is marked delivered through the delivery service, but cannot be located, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing said item. We do not refund original or return shipping costs, postage will only be covered if the return is a result of our error or damaged goods. We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise being returned does not meet our requirements.
